CHRIS CHAVEZ VISITS VICTORIA SEPTEMBER 16-17
Chris is coming to Moksana Yoga on September 16-17. I did my 200-hr Teacher Training with Chris. He is absolutely amazing, and really shifted my own yogic journey. I guarantee this event will sell out, so sign up early. Details have just been announced today, but may not be fully updated on the web yet. THURSDAY AUGUST 4TH CLASSES CANCELLED AT BAREFOOT
I will be going to Vancouver for a weekend of Workshops with Noah Maze, so classes will be cancelled on Thursday August 4th.
BRING A FRIEND FOR FREE TO HEMMA
For the month of August, bring a friend who has never taken a class at Hemma before, and they will receive a complimentary class.
JONAS WESTRING VISITING HEMMA
Certified Anusara teacher Jonas Westring will be visiting Hemma for a workshop on September 3rd from 1PM to 4PM. I am going to do a Therapeutics Training with Jonas at the end of August. He is an expert at the benefits of the Universal Principles of Alignment and their usefulness for therapy. For more details to sign-up, visit http://hemma.ca/events.
